We were tasked with creating a vibrant new space that reflected the energy of a new CEO and offered a long-lasting design solution. Flexibility was key, allowing for future organizational growth while maintaining sustainability through the reuse of existing areas. Our goal was to blend the old home and warehouse into a cohesive office environment, which was no small challenge.

Transforming the large airport hangar ceilings into a comfortable and inviting atmosphere—particularly important in Ballarat’s climate—required careful design and execution. We successfully achieved this while staying within budget, ensuring that the new space not only looked great but also met the functional needs of the organization. The result is a warm, welcoming office that fosters collaboration and reflects the fresh energy of the company.
